Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the Android APK fails to install, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device settings (Settings → Security → Unknown Sources). Some devices block APK installation by default. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal—our APK is signed with our own certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → mumu86 → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. For iOS, if the web app does not appear on your home screen, ensure you are using Safari and that you have enough storage space. If you encounter persistent errors, contact our support team via in-app help or live chat.
